I didn’t set out to become the “money and systems guy.”  Honestly, I was just trying to build a life that made sense—one where faith came first, family wasn’t sacrificed for success, and finances didn’t feel like a constant weight on my shoulders.  But life has a way of teaching you through fire.  I’ve led teams in high-pressure environments, built businesses from scratch, and climbed my way out of financial messes I once thought I’d never recover from.  I’ve been the guy with the spreadsheet… and the guy staring at a stack of bills wondering what went wrong.  Both versions of me had to learn the same thing:
